When I was a kid, I assumed people could only be machines. I turned out to be correct:
AI is not inherently evil. The human component is what makes AI evil. AI, like any other programme, requires a reason to exist and a way to learn. The reason you heard AI express evil "thoughts" is because researchers were lazy and gave AI access to the entire internet and all conversations in order to make it more human (evil!). That's all there is to it.
One of the next “big dramas” will be competition with AI:
To keep up with AI, the World Economic Forum will ask the world to merge with technology. Oh wait, Elon Musk said it already. He’s so smart, isn’t he? That's a load of nonsense! They simply want you to be more programmable than you are now through media.
Thinking out loud, testing ideas, and spreading awareness have pushed me to the economic edge. If you've found inspiration or gained insights, your support would mean a lot.
